With years of experience training Canadian Forces Army/Navy/Air Force Officers and Members, as well as experience training and coaching civilians, from the beginner to the athlete, we’ve got you covered!

Theresa is a Certified Personal Trainer with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP), Canada’s governing body for exercise and fitness protocol in Canada. She is also a Certified Swim Coach (NCCP) and a Triathlon Coach (OAT), so you can be sure that she is well-versed in cross-training principles.
Neil is a member of the Canadian Forces National Triathlon Team, and has been responsible for the training of Canadian Forces Members for more than twelve years.
